Friday February 20, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MST
This session explores Alberta’s updated Career Education and Financial Literacy curriculum. Learn about the latest government-released updates, how to interpret KUSPs through a junior high lens, and how to integrate career and financial literacy across both legacy and new curriculum areas. We’ll explore connections to other Jr and Sr high courses, such as CALM, Health, and Math. As well, we will share practical lesson ideas using resources such as ChatterHigh, myBlueprint, and others. This session is ideal for educators and system leaders looking to support both students and teachers in developing real-world readiness through career exploration and financial literacy.
