This workshop helps teachers explore simple, realistic ways to build happiness and motivation into their students' everyday school lives -- from the perspective of two teenage students, Mercedes and Anastasia Korngut. Through stories and tangible activities, teachers will leave the session with an insider perspective to what teens experience at school, with tips for how to help teens manage school stress, stay motivated through busy schedules, and discover how small actions can create a positive impact on themselves and others.
