In this session, I’ll share our journey of transforming an after-school esports club into a successful, competitive team. What began with a mix of systems and casual games has since evolved into a structured program focused on league play. Along the way, we’ve built a team culture, refined our approach, and found success at both the provincial and national levels. This session will highlight the steps, challenges, and strategies that helped us level up from casual play to championship competition, offering insights that other schools can adapt to their own programs.
