This engaging workshop transforms the science of happiness into an intentional practice through seven proven strategies drawn from The Happiness Project and positive-psychology research. Participants will explore practical tools such as the Happiness Wheel, Joy Budget, and Habit Stacking system to create personal and professional routines that boost energy, order, and connection. Guided reflection, group activities, and goal-tracking exercises will help you design your own sustainable “Happiness Project”—a blueprint for living with greater balance, gratitude, and joy. Leave with a clear plan to cultivate happiness through purposeful habits and everyday moments of meaning.
