Smudging 101- Basic Information for the Beginner

Participants will learn the cultural and spiritual significance of the traditional Indigenous practice of smudging. Practical guidance on protocols and the spiritual and healing properties of the sacred plants will be shared. A smudge will be offered to those that wish to participate.
