Rather than focusing on best practices alone, the session highlights the realities of teaching over time and the value of honesty, adaptability, and continuous learning. The goal is to offer educators reassurance, perspective, and practical wisdom that resonates across career stages, reminding teachers that growth often comes from discomfort and that meaningful careers are rarely linear.
