Karen Blumhagen is a Customer Success Manager with ExploreLearning, bringing over thirty years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, learning facilitator, and administrator. Having applied Gizmos in her own teaching practice, Karen has observed firsthand the positive impacts of online simulations on student understanding and achievement in math and science. A key foundation of her approach is outcome-based instruction and assessment, and she leverages Gizmos to help educators align learning experiences with curriculum outcomes. Now in her fourth year with ExploreLearning, Karen is excited to share planning ideas and effective techniques to help you get started with using them in your classroom too!
