About me

Brett Fawcett is a secondary humanities and Latin teacher at St. Isidore Learning Center, an online outreach school based in Sherwood Park. He has taught elementary and high school classes at an Alberta curriculum school in China and holds a doctorate of education from the University of Calgary. He was the winner of the 2018 Lieutenant Governor's Award for Excellence in Social Studies Education, and has written about educational topics for publications like the Edmonton Journal and the Tablet.
