Jennifer's extensive experience, ranging from K-12 classrooms to impactful roles within non-profit organizations, provides her with unparalleled insight into the transformative power of education for all people. A dedicated leader within the Alberta Teachers’ Association as the President for the ATA Council for Inclusive Education, and multiple roles on her ATA local including Women in Leadership Chair she is a fierce champion for women leaders at all levels of education. Jennifer is passionate about reshaping stereotypical leadership models, moving away from rigid hierarchies toward a culture that values empathy, collaboration, and authentic vulnerability. By challenging the traditional "martyrdom" culture of the profession, she advocates for a sustainable balance that allows women to lead effectively without sacrificing their well-being.
